Terms

Plain terms for a product in pilot. If something here is unclear, ask before relying on it rather than after.

What Kusini is

A coordination tool. It records what a carrier posted, what a camp answered, and when. It does not fly aeroplanes, drive vehicles, sell seats or take bookings, and it is not a party to the arrangement between a carrier and a camp.

What it is not responsible for

Kusini shows what was written down. It cannot make an aeroplane land, a vehicle leave or a person answer, and a movement being on a board is not a promise that any of those will happen. Operational decisions stay with the carrier and the camp making them, and so does responsibility for them.

While it is in pilot

Your account

You are responsible for who you give a seat to, and for the accuracy of what your desk writes down. A confirmation carries the name of whoever gave it, so a shared login makes that record worthless. Do not share one.

A board link put on a screen is a password. Whoever holds it can read that day. Treat it accordingly, and replace it from the desk when somebody leaves.

Your data

What your carrier or camp enters stays yours. Ask and it is exported to you; ask and it is deleted. Kusini does not sell it, does not train anything on it, and does not use it to approach your guests. See Privacy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kusini to hold data about people who have nothing to do with a transfer, to send anybody anything they did not ask for, or to attempt to reach another carrier's or camp's day. Any of those ends the account.

Changes

These terms change as the product does. The date at the top moves when they do, and a change that affects you materially is sent to you rather than left here to be found.
